Honey Rose Homes works to give families hope by being good landlords. We recognize that the goodness we see in others gives us hope for the future.
We partner with local organizations (churches, non-profits, government agencies) to find housing for families who need a fresh start and connect our tenants to wrap around services (food assistance, work force preparation, tutoring programs, ESL instruction, etc).
Along side community volunteers, we strive to beautify the street each home is on with shared space landscaping, debris clean up and seasonal décor. We become advocates for the neighborhood to the city.
We leverage our resources and time to replace the purely transactional relationship between tenants and landlords into one that fosters open and honest communication, integrity and dignity.
We hope our homes will encourage families to raise their children in Dayton, stay for the long term, and help contribute to the growing economy. We believe providing a quality home is a major way to accomplish this.
We reinvest in our properties.
We believe stewardship is contagious.
Everyone feels better in a place that is put-together and taken care of.
We take care of the surrounding neighborhood, as well.
Every tenant is intrinsically valuable as an image-bearer of God.
Tenants deserve to feel genuinely cared for and considered.
We bring in resources that tenants find valuable for themselves and their family.
It is clear that in order to even consider owning property, we have been abundantly blessed.
We find ways to bless our tenants, property managers and their families.
We aren’t just investors, we are change agents: disruptors of the “Slum Lord” mentality.
